So far, e-scooters are not really safe for pedestrians, especially riders alike. Specially since e-scooters owners mostly d not undergo trainings or seminars on road safety and regulations just like what current riders do but they do share the same road. Maybe stricter rules and regulations must be implemented with e-scooters as well for the safety and welfare of everyone.
