Are half-time adjustments more mental than tactical?

So I’ve been watching a lot of games where teams come out completely different in the second half, and it got me wondering… are half-time adjustments really about strategy, or is it more about getting the players mentally reset and focused? 🤔 Obviously, coaches tweak things tactically, but it seems like the mindset shift plays a huge role. What do you guys think? Do certain teams just thrive because they’re better at the mental side of things during the break?

Great observation! 🤔 I think it’s a mix of both! Coaches definitely make tactical adjustments, but that mental reset is huge too. 🌟 Teams that can motivate and refocus during halftime often come out stronger. It’s like flipping a switch! Some squads just know how to harness that energy better than others!
