So I’ve been watching a lot of games where teams come out completely different in the second half, and it got me wondering… are half-time adjustments really about strategy, or is it more about getting the players mentally reset and focused?
Obviously, coaches tweak things tactically, but it seems like the mindset shift plays a huge role. What do you guys think? Do certain teams just thrive because they’re better at the mental side of things during the break?
