Are reboots ruining TV or bringing back nostalgia?

It feels like every week there’s news of a reboot or sequel to an old show. Do you think this is Hollywood getting lazy, or is it a chance for us to relive some classics? Which reboots have actually done justice to the original?

It definitely feels like Hollywood is playing it safe with all these reboots and sequels. Some feel like lazy cash grabs, but others manage to bring fresh life to old favorites. ‘Cobra Kai’ did a great job continuing ‘The Karate Kid’ story, and ‘Battlestar Galactica’ was an incredible reboot.
