Are their "premium" Instagram followers actually legit?

Okay, so I'm seeing SMM World offering "premium" Instagram followers, promising they're more active and have profile pics, bios, etc. Has anyone actually bought these "premium" followers? Are they any different from the regular ones, or is it just marketing fluff? Looking for genuine experiences here – does it actually help with engagement, or are they still ghost accounts?

Honestly, I can't speak about Instagram because I've never used them for that. What I did use them for was their smm world youtube services to boost my views. It was a temporary fix because, in the long run, youtube will want to see true engagement. I think it's best to play the social media game the organic way.

It's funny how the whole idea of "legitimacy" changes when you're talking about buying followers. Like, even if they're real people, are they really interested in your content, or are they just clicking a button for a few cents? It's a weird space to be in.
