There's something so therapeutic about baking bread. During the lockdown, I started experimenting with sourdough. From nurturing my starter to perfecting the scoring technique, every step was a labor of love. The first time I pulled a perfectly crusty loaf out of the oven, I felt an immense sense of accomplishment. Plus, the taste was unparalleled! Do you bake your own bread? What's your favorite type? 🥖
 
I think using a Dutch oven or pizza stone helps achieve a great crust and even baking. It’s a game-changer for artisan breads! 🍽️
