If Tony Stark had survived Avengers: The character was last seen in Endgame and made it to Avengers: Secret Wars, his going home could have been more dramatic in pointing to why the character’s journey ended in the MCU as it should. With Avengers: Secret Wars filming to take place in May 7, 2027, with the Russo Brothers as the directors and will showcase the largest ever assembly of Marvel characters. At San Diego Comic-Con 2024, it was revealed that Robert Downey Jr. would return to the MCU, not as Iron Man, but as Doctor Doom in Avengers: Secretary Wars between Avengers and Doomsday. This is quite unexpected, especially after watching the fate of his character, but with Downey Jr. in a new role, the universe will be even more interesting!
