Best healthy meal prep ideas book for beginners?

hey everyone,
I've been really trying to plan my meals better lately, but it’s been a struggle. Every week, I tell myself I’ll prep healthy food in advance and save time, but somehow I always end up eating random stuff.I spent the last few days reading reviews and blog posts about healthy meal prep ideas. checked a few top sites like healthline, nytimes cooking, eatingwell, and to see what they suggest. even went through some Reddit threads and YouTube meal prep videos. after all that scrolling, lol, these two books keep coming up in most lists and comments:

I read, the first one focuses on balanced Mediterranean meals with easy prep, while the second looks more about time saving and variety for busy people. I’m just not sure which one to pick. I want something simple to follow but still healthy and filling. both have tons of reviews, and people say the recipes actually work. Anyone here tried any of these or similar meal prep guides? which one would you go for? really need your advice before I order one. Thanks in advance
