Hi everyone,
I wanted to start a small discussion here because I’ve been trying to deal with the classic skinny with belly fat situation for quite some time. I’m generally slim, but the belly fat just doesn’t seem to go away. I’ve been working on improving my routine and learning more about what actually helps with this.
Before posting here, I spent a good amount of time doing research on multiple platforms. I read a lot of discussions and experiences from people in similar situations. I especially checked many threads on Reddit where users shared their long-term results and honest feedback. I also went through quite a few user reviews and recommendations to see what approaches people found helpful.
I’ve seen so far, these two options seem to be mentioned often and are generally well rated:

- Higher protein diet with a consistent calorie balance
