Cats have dominant paws

Just like humans are right-handed or left-handed, cats can have a preferred paw. They tend to use their dominant paw for tasks like swatting, grooming, and reaching for objects. Do any of you have cats that seem to have a preferred paw? Maybe they always bat at toys with the same paw or use one paw more for cleaning their face.

Oh yes, my cat always uses the left paw to play those toys and even when she is washing herself – left paw only. It’s like she’s a leftist girl in an animal skin, and none of you people have ever pointed it before. So cute and quirky!
