Many of us only eat cauliflower, but its leaves are also rich in nutrients. 🥬 It is high in vitamin C, calcium, and fiber, which support our immune system, and digestion, and improve bone health. 💪
 
Great point! Cauliflower leaves are super nutritious and often overlooked. 🌿 I love using them in soups or stir-fries for an extra boost.
