Using edible flowers in cooking adds a beautiful and unique touch to dishes. I started experimenting with flowers like lavender, rose, and nasturtium in salads, desserts, and beverages. Lavender shortbread cookies and rose petal jam are now among my favorite recipes. The colors and flavors are stunning and elevate any dish. Have you tried cooking with edible flowers?
