So, I picked up a jackfruit at the market, and I’ve heard it’s great for vegan dishes, but I have no clue where to start. Also... has anyone actually cooked with durian? I’ve always been curious but a little scared because of the whole “smelly fruit” thing. Would love to hear if anyone has experience with either or other “weird” fruits in cooking. Tips, recipes, or “don’t do it” warnings all welcome, lol!
