Hey everyone, I’ve been noticing that my recovery from workouts is way slower than it used to be. Not a big deal, but it got me curious about hormones and recovery. I kept seeing HGH mentioned in forums, especially when people talk about pharmaceutical-grade products versus random stuff online. I’m not looking to buy anything yet, just trying to understand what’s real and what’s hype. How did you start learning about this without getting overwhelmed?
