Okay, so I was watching a movie where a guy takes a big bite of a sandwich, and then like… 30 seconds later, he’s still chewing and hasn’t swallowed. And now I can’t unsee it in other movies—some actors just hold food in their mouths forever, like they’re afraid to swallow on camera. Is this a thing? Do they spit it out between takes? Are there actors known for being good at eating on screen? I need to know if anyone else has noticed this or if I’m just hyper-fixating on movie food logistics.
