I highly recommend watching "13th" on Netflix. 
It's a powerful documentary that explores the history of racial inequality and mass incarceration in the United States. What really struck me was how the 13th Amendment's loophole has been exploited over the years, leading to systemic issues in the criminal justice system. Definitely a must-watch!
