I had some leftover wine the other day and decided to freeze it in an ice cube tray for cooking later. Does anyone else do this? Does it affect the flavor when you use it in dishes afterward? Would be cool to hear if you guys have any clever leftover wine tips!
I think many people do this to avoid wasting wine that they can’t finish.
