Alright, so I’m really into optimizing my performance, and I’ve started tracking my sleep lately. I’ve read a lot about how sleep affects endurance, reaction time, and even recovery, but I’m not sure if it’s making much of a difference yet. Anyone else here monitor their sleep as part of their training? If so, have you actually noticed improvements, or do you think it’s just another “gadget” thing? Appreciate any thoughts from those who’ve tried it!
