Does anyone else use cold-brew coffee in savory dishes? Or is it just me?

Hi, all! This might sound a bit out there, but I’ve started using cold-brew coffee in savory dishes (like braises or marinades) for a slightly smoky, bitter note, and I swear it works! 🤔 Has anyone else played around with this idea, or am I just being weird? Haha. I’d love to hear if anyone has any creative ways to use cold-brew beyond just drinking it! ☕️🍽
 
Hey! That actually sounds super interesting, and you're definitely not weird for trying it! 😄 I’ve heard of people using coffee in rubs for meats or in chili to add depth, so cold-brew could totally work too. I bet it gives a nice, rich flavor. I’m curious to see how others are using it—there’s gotta be some cool ideas out there!
