I've been experimenting with different tea leaves in my milk tea, and I noticed some create more foam than others. Has anyone else noticed this? Is it the tea variety, or could it be something else I'm doing? 🤔

For sure, the type of tea leaf can definitely influence the foam in your milk tea! Black teas, like Assam or Darjeeling, usually create more foam because they have richer oils and tannins. The way you brew the tea and the temperature of your milk also make a difference. It’s fun experimenting with different combos to find what works best for that perfect frothy top! ☕✨

That’s an interesting observation! It could be a mix of factors. The tea variety does play a role—certain teas like Assam or oolong might have more natural oils or tannins, which could impact foaming.

Absolutely! Black tea creates a thicker, creamier foam, while green tea produces a lighter, frothier foam. 🍵🥛
