Ever tried adding soy sauce to your scrambled eggs?

Okay so hear me out—my friend swears by adding a splash of soy sauce to her scrambled eggs instead of salt, and now I’m kinda obsessed. It gives this umami kick that’s lowkey addicting. Has anyone else done this? Or do you have other weird-but-good egg upgrades I should try? I’m in my breakfast experimentation era 😂
