Gatchalian emphasized that by cooperating with authorities and exposing key players in illegal offshore gaming, Guo could potentially lessen her culpability. She has been implicated in connections to a raided Pogo site involved in human trafficking, prompting preventive suspension and ongoing investigations by government agencies and the Ombudsman.
