One of my favorite gourmet meals to make is a simple yet delicious pasta dish. I've always loved Italian food even if I am a Philo. My go-to is cooking spaghetti until it's just right, tossed with a homemade fresh tomato sauce from scratch. Then, I top it off with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and some fresh herbs for extra flavor. It's easy to make but tastes like something you'd get at a fancy restaurant!
