I’m curious about how various Buddhist traditions—like Theravada, Mahayana, and Vajrayana—differ in their meditation practices. Are there specific techniques or goals unique to each tradition? Any insights or personal experiences?
 
Great question! 🧘‍♂️ Theravada focuses on mindfulness and Vipassana. Mahayana often includes visualization and Zen practices. Vajrayana uses mantras and rituals. Each has unique goals and techniques. I'd love to hear about others' experiences too!
