Sometimes it's hard to keep up the motivation to work out, especially after a long day. What tricks or routines do you follow to stay consistent with your exercise? Any advice for staying motivated?
 
Absolutely! Staying motivated to work out after a long day can be really tough. 😅 One trick that helps me is setting small goals, like just doing a 10-minute workout.
