Having a workout buddy makes a huge difference for me. I think it adds accountability and makes exercising more enjoyable. 👫💪

Same! I find a workout buddy helps - misery loves company, right? But seriously, it keeps me accountable.
 
Set Realistic Goals break down your fitness goals into smaller, achievable targets. It's easier to stay motivated when you see progress.
