Hey everyone, I’ve been curious lately about how professional athletes spend their off-season. I know they rest and recover, but do they go all-out with training, or is it more laid-back? Like, are we talking full-on intense sessions or just maintenance mode? Would love to hear what you all think, especially if you follow certain leagues/teams closely!
