Iran Threatens 'Devastating War' Against Israel if Lebanon is Attacked

Earlier this month Iran warned the Israelis of ‘full scale military aggression’ in Lebanon and declared that it will be ready for an ‘obliterating war’. Irans’ UN mission explained that all possibilities remain open while pressed on the possibility of having pro Iranian militias intervene. The conflict between Israel and Lebanon has been a tension that-date sees daily israeli forces hezbollah since the gaza conflict began on october 7th. Hezbollah has proven its capability to respond to Israeli attacks through striking Israeli positions in the Golan Heights and southern Lebanon though Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said that Israel does not want a war with Hezbollah but is ready for it.
