Is cereal soup if you microwave the milk?

I was half-asleep and microwaved my milk before pouring it on cereal. It got me thinking... does that make it soup? I mean, hot liquid, stuff floating in it—seems close enough. I’m not even high, I swear. Where do we draw the line?? Bonus: what’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever turned into “soup”?

But I’d say cereal doesn’t become soup just because the milk is warm. Soup usually involves ingredients cooked together with intention. Cereal is more like a temporary arrangement before everything gets soggy.
Still, I respect the half-asleep philosophical question. This is the kind of debate that keeps humanity moving forward.
