Is morality possible without religion?

Some argue that morality comes from religious teachings, while others say humans are naturally moral without religion. What do you think—can ethics exist independently of religious belief?

I think morality exists outside of religion too. People can be kind, fair, and ethical because of empathy, experience, and the way society functions. Religion can shape moral values, but it's not the only source. Plenty of non-religious people live by strong ethical principles.
