So, I've always wondered if there's an ideal time of day when cheese just hits differently. You know, like wine is sometimes better in the evening. For example, is there something about our taste buds in the morning vs. at night that makes gouda or brie more flavorful? Maybe it's just me, but I'd love to hear if anyone else has noticed a "cheese o'clock"! Anyone have a favorite time of day to indulge?
