A Korean man in his 30s, who was being investigated for child sexual exploitation, fell from the 8th-floor balcony of an apartment in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, leading to his death. 
The incident took place late in the evening, around 11 p.m. on Aug. 31, as per the Gyeonggi Nambu Provincial Police Agency.
Emergency responders said the man was experiencing cardiac arrest when they arrived at the scene. He was still rushed to the hospital but ended up being declared dead. 
It is said that the man was under investigation for allegedly threatening to post illegal sexual content featuring minors on social media. Reports say that he had posted such content but deleted it immediately.
The police were quickly called, but the suspect spent almost 10 minutes on the balcony and, at one point, tried to go to his neighbor's balcony before eventually falling.
