The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Tuesday that it has not monitored any tropical cyclone or low pressure area (LPA) inside or outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) in two to three days. Weather specialist Rhea Torres said in a 5 a.m. advisory that Pagasa spotted cloud clusters over areas in Visayas and Mindanao but they were expected to dissipate within the day and would not directly affect the country. More areas in Luzon, including Metro Manila and eastern Visayas, will be experiencing scattered or isolated rains and thunderstorms due to the weather system, the state weather bureau said. The rest of the country, meanwhile, would likely have partly cloudy to overcast skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms, it added.
The weather can be unpredictable, so it’s great that Pagasa is keeping everyone informed. 
Even though scattered rains and thunderstorms are expected in some areas, it sounds manageable.
