Speaking of the main rival, the posters note that the Vice President of Kamala Harris was endorsed by the former President Barack Obama and the former First Lady Michelle Obama, who described the latter as a ‘happy warrior,’ and stated that they are all in for Harris. A sweet video showed Obama’s endorsement of Harris, while Michelle Obama said she is proud to see a black and South Asian woman running for vice presidency. The endorsement came after Harris declared her intention to vie for presidency after Biden, who has indeed gone for a second term, ruled out the option. Having the support of the major Democratic players and governors, Harris has been able to get the requisite support getting far beyond the delegate number required to secure the nomination. According to the time line laid down by the Democratic National Committee, Harris has to be formally nominated and choose a vice presidential candidate by early August.
