My weeknights are usually super busy, and I often struggle to find time to cook a healthy dinner. Do you have any quick and healthy dinner recipes that are perfect for a hectic schedule?
 
For busy weeknights, I go for stir-fries with lots of colorful veggies—quick to cook and packed with nutrients. Or, whip up some avocado toast with a twist—add a poached egg on top for protein. Another go-to is a hearty quinoa salad with grilled chicken and a lemony dressing. Fast, healthy, and keeps you going strong!
