Guys, I recently ran into issues with recovery after a hormone deficiency, and it’s honestly pretty confusing. After a course of treatment, I still feel fatigued, my muscles are weak, and my energy isn’t what it used to be. I never really realized before how much hormones can affect everyday things like sleep and mood. Can anyone who’s gone through something similar share how they got back to normal faster? Are there any proven ways to speed up recovery beyond just diet and exercise?
