SpaceX Polaris Launch Postponed Due to Detected Helium Leak

The launch of SpaceX Polaris which was scheduled early Tuesday from NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida has been postponed. The decision came after a helium leak was found. The launch will be delayed until later this week at the earliest.

The SpaceX Polaris will carry billionaire entrepreneur Jared Isaacman, retired Air Force Lt. Col. Scott "Kidd" Poteet, and SpaceX engineers Sarah Gillis and Anna Menon.

I think it’s good to see SpaceX being cautious with these issues. Though, I’m curious about how long the delay might be and how it will impact the mission schedule.

Bummer! SpaceX Polaris Dawn launch is delayed. Apparently, they found a helium leak. Let's hope they can fix it soon!
