Visiting the Drukpa nuns in Nepal and witnessing their Kung Fu training was inspiring. These women are breaking stereotypes and empowering themselves through martial arts. Their dedication and strength are remarkable. Watching their practice sessions, I felt a sense of awe and admiration for their courage and resilience. This experience highlighted the transformative power of discipline and self-belief.
