Sleep is the most important of our daily life style. But, did you know that scientist could not explain why we are sleeping?
 
That's amazing! 😴✨ Did you know that during REM sleep, our brains are highly active and it's when most dreaming occurs? It's also the phase where our brains process emotions and memories from the day. 💤🌙
 
Here's mine: The amount of sleep needed varies by age. For adults, the recommended amount is 7-9 hours per night. Sleep well, folks. :sleep:🛌💤
