There are many interesting characters in Tatsuya Endo’s Spy x Family, and the concept of the show is based on the fact that all of them have unique abilities such as strength, telepathy, and others. However, Damian Desmond, the son of the main antagonist, somehow did not draw public’s attention even though he possesses a power that is arguably distinct from all the others. That is why it looks like Damian has capabilities of the fourth wall breakage because he interacts with elements from the manga which he should not be able to observe. This interesting idea implies he may be more cognisant of his fictional surrounding than people are inclined to believe. 
Makes you wonder if he's secretly aware of his surroundings in ways no one else is – definitely adds another layer to his character!
