Vegan baking has opened up a new world of delicious possibilities. Experimenting with ingredients like flaxseed, aquafaba, and coconut oil has been both challenging and rewarding. One of my best successes was a vegan chocolate cake that was incredibly moist and rich. It’s a great way to cater to different dietary preferences without compromising on taste.
