What happens to tobacco leaves after harvest in Pakistan? Is there a proper supply chain?

Yes, there is a pretty structured chain in place. Farmers sell their green leaf to buying stations after harvest. The leaf then goes through a curing process, either flue-cured or air-cured depending on the variety. After that it reaches a tobacco processing company that handles grading, blending, and preparing the leaf for use in cigarette production. PTC runs an integrated setup that covers most of these steps. It is not just raw farming, there is real industrial infrastructure supporting the whole chain from field to factory.
