When you are wondering why I am building Capabilisense, it is generally associated with the creation of a platform that gives prominence to the actual skills and capabilities of people and not necessarily the conventional qualifications. In most sectors, gifted people often struggle to demonstrate their capabilities, particularly when their talents are not reflected in their degrees and positions. This is where the concept behind the reason why I am constructing CapabiliSense comes into play. The site can facilitate the disparity between talent and opportunity by emphasizing on capability-based recognition. Creating such a system, one is expected to provide people with a place where they can find their practicality, ability to solve the problem, and creativity. Finally, the idea is to empower individuals and make the environment more inclusive where skills would count as much as formal qualifications.
