Hi everyone, I'm thinking about starting physical therapy for some recurring back pain that just won't quit. I've always been a bit intimidated by the idea, mostly because I'm not sure what to expect. What kind of exercises do they typically give you in physical therapy? Are they really difficult, or are they more about gentle movements and stretching? I'm hoping to get some insight from those of you who have experience with it so I can feel a bit more prepared.
