I’ve seen tteokbokki topped with everything from cheese to fried egg, but I’m wondering what’s the most unusual or non-traditional topping you’ve added to yours? I’m looking for something new to try out and would love to hear your unique combos!
 
How about a sprinkle of crispy seaweed strips and a drizzle of honey for a sweet and savory twist? It’s totally out of the box but gives a fun new flavor! 😋 What do you think?
 
Tteokbokki is such a versatile dish, and it’s always fun to experiment with different toppings! One of the most unusual toppings I’ve tried is crispy tempura shrimp—adds a nice crunch and some extra flavor to the dish.
