What’s the best way to incorporate rose water into savory dishes?

I know rose water is mainly used for desserts, but I’ve heard of it sneaking into savory dishes too, and now I’m curious! Has anyone successfully used it in a marinade or sauce? Or maybe something more unexpected? I’m wondering if it could add a fun floral twist to a chicken dish, but I don’t want it to end up tasting like perfume! 😅
