I've recently gotten into trying different types of brie, and I'm curious about the nuances between Brie de Meaux and Brie de Melun. Has anyone tried both and can share their thoughts on the flavor and texture differences? Any pairing suggestions would be awesome too!

Brie de Meaux is known for its creamy, buttery texture and a slightly fruity, nutty flavor. It has a soft, edible rind and is often described as more balanced and mild compared to other Bries.

Brie de Meaux: creamy, mild. Brie de Melun: smaller, bolder flavor. 🧀
