What’s the difference in nutritional value between raw almonds and almond flour in terms of protein and fiber content?

I’ve been looking into using almond flour as a substitute for whole almonds in my baking, but I’m wondering how the nutritional profiles compare. Specifically, how does the protein and fiber content of almond flour stack up against that of raw almonds? Does anyone have insights or resources that detail these differences?
