What’s the oddest use of coffee in cooking you’ve tried?

Okay, this might sound odd, but I recently used coffee in a marinade for steak, and the flavor was unreal! It got me wondering—anyone here use coffee in non-drink ways? I’m talking sauces, desserts, anything! I feel like it adds this rich, smoky element but don’t know if I’m just hyping it up. What’s the most unusual way you’ve thrown coffee into a dish?

Coffee in steak marinades is a game-changer! It brings out a deep, smoky richness. People also use coffee in BBQ sauces, chili, and even in baking for brownies or chocolate cakes to enhance flavor. Definitely not just hype—coffee can really elevate savory dishes!
