At the end of the day, you always have the choice of having no opinion at all. There is usually no reason to get angry or to disturb your soul about matters beyond your control. These things are not to be judged by you. Leave them alone. 🫡

Epictetus's quote "Happiness and freedom begin with a clear understanding of one thing: Some things are within our control, and some things are not. It is only after we distinguish between the two that we can begin to find peace" definitely hits hard. Helps me focus on what I can actually change.
